A product drop or "drop" is when I post a bunch of new items for sale. This will happen a few times throughout the year to give folks an opportunity to purchase the latest and greatest off of my hook. Watch Facebook for work in progress images, info about the next drop, and when you can get in on commissions.
The Facebook page will provide exact details on when the next drop will take place. Over all I would like to do seasonal drops for Spring, Summer, and Fall. I will be excluding a Winter drop to allow time for the holidays, so plan accordingly.

Commissions will have their own sets of guidelines and requirements, so please read carefully when they're available.
To return your product, please contact me first. I’ll send you an RMA number and the return address info.
You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping can be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You will be required to utilize a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item, but I am willing to assist in locating a shipment if there's tracking or shipping insurance.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
My policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, I can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Custom-made crochet products (made according to your specifications) are exempt from being refunded.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund after 7-10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me via the the contact form.
